Dream trip for Lee Fallows

One lucky Eastwood boy got an extra special surprise at Christmas back in the mid 1990s.

Lee Fallows, aged five, an his mum Judy were in a winter wonderland as they jetted off to the Arctic Circle on a dream trip to Lapland.

Judy had entered a free prize draw at Machin and Hartwells store in Eastwood, and won.

Lee was a pupil at Lynncroft Primary School in Eastwood.
