An extra date for hit show

The producers of Dirty Dancing have announced that an extra performance has been added to the popular show’s three-week run at the Theatre Royal Nottingham next year, due to public demand.

The addition of this extra mid-week matinee performance for Wednesday, February 27, at 2.30pm, follows huge ticket demand for the show, which will run from Tuesday, February 12, to Saturday, March 2.

Jonathan Saville, head of sales and marketing for the Theatre Royal Nottingham, said: “The demand for Dirty Dancing tickets has been phenomenal. It is going to be one of 2013’s hottest shows and we are delighted the producers have agreed to this bonus performance.

“Tickets have just gone on sale, so don’t miss out on the chance to see this sensational show”.

Ticket prices are £20-£48.50 (plus concessions), available by calling the box office on 0115 9895555.
