Sure Start Children's Centre services are being delivered in every district across Nottinghamshire, striving towards the government's goal of having children's centre services in every community by 2010.
Sure Start Children's Centre services are being developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and key partner agencies to give children the best start in life by offering parents and children 0-5 years access to a range of joined up support services within their community.

Services and information about services are provided through a range of community venues such as your local Sure Start Children's Centre or your local information point so that every child 0 -5 years and their family has access to quality play and early learning experiences provided by children's workers, childminders, daycare settings and schools.

It will also mean that parents and carers can access training opportunities delivered by local colleges and other training providers and also have access to Job Centre Plus.

Contact the Nottinghamshire Families Information Service on freephone 0800 781 2168 for more information.
