Work starts on 20 new homes

Work has started on 20 new homes in Heanor.
The houses will be part of a new development at The Orchards on Ilkeston Road and is being carried out by Resurrection Developments Limited.
The first phase of the development consists of eight homes, and the second phase will comprise 20 housess – 16 two-bed bungalows and six three-bed semi-detached units.
Managing director of Resurrection Developments, Zahir Malik, said: "We have enjoyed a great amount of success in Derbyshire over recent years and are confident that The Orchards site in Heanor will be a valuable addition to our property portfolio in the county."
