Arts festival concert

Robert Carlin, now an eminent tenor singer in London in the world of opera, is returning to take part in this year’s Eastwood Arts Festival in a mid-summertime concert to be held on Saturday, June 29, 2013, at St Mary’s Church, Eastwood, starting at 7.30pm.

The concert is in collaboration with the Greasley Singers, an established local choral group.

Robert’s repertoire will include such classics as ‘Panis Angelicus’ and ‘You Are My Heart’s Delight’ with arias from Puccini, Tchaikovsky and Verdi works.

These, with a widely varied programme from The Greasley Singers, which includes a medley of songs from ‘Les Miserables’ arranged by Ed Lojedki, will provdie something for everyone to enjoy.
