Author’s in line for prize

A HEANOR author has had his latest work longlisted for a top author’s award.

Accountant by-day Philip James’ most recent book, a crime thriller called Two Little Dicky Birds, has been nominated for a People Book Prize.

Previous winners of the competition include well known authors such as David Walliams and Morag Ramsey. The national competition is aimed at discovering new and unknown works, with the public voting for the eventual winner.
