Clues to help catch Hilltop armed robbers

POLICE have issued pictures of a t-shirt and two bags used in an armed robbery, in a bid to try and trace the offenders.

Cops are still hunting the three people responsible for the robbery at Tesco Express in Eastwood and these photos – items found in the getaway car – are now being used as clues in a public appeal for information.

A G4S security guard was approached by three men with their faces covered and shot in the leg as he filled up the supermarket cashpoint back in July.

The police have still not made any arrests and the £10,000 reward is still up for grabs for successful arrests and convictions.

The robbers fled empty handed in a car they stole during a burglary in Arnold.

It was recovered by police in Watnall Road, Hucknall, an hour after the robbery and the items pictured here were found inside.

The French Connection t-shirt has the slogan ‘lucky fcuk’ on it and is a size extra large.

One of the bags is black and grey, and has the Nike name and logo printed on it in white and the other is black and has no logo, but has a ‘B Magazine’ label stitched along one side.

The getaway car was a black Audi Quatro S3 registration KU09 ZDM and had a learner plate on the back.
