Concert for festival finale

OVER 70 male voice choir singers will end the Eastwood Arts Festival on a high note at a spectacular finale concert.

The Eastwood Collieries’ Male Voice Choir will be joined by the Major Oak Chorus barbershop group at the festival’s finale performance at St Mary’s Church in Church Street, Eastwood, tomorrow, Saturday July 30.

The Eastwood Arts Festival’s finale concert follows some major changes to the Eastwood Collieries Male Voice Choir over the past year, including a new principal conductor and accompanist.

The concert will start at 7.30pm.

Tickets cost £5 per person.
