Concerns are growing for a missing Mansfield teenager who has not been seen since the weekend.

Amber Peat (13) left her Bosworth Street at around 5.30pm on Saturday.

Police put out an appeal on Sunday, but the youngster has still not been traced.

She is described as white with long dark brown hair. She is around 4ft tall and of a petite build with brown eyes and a tiny scar above her lip.

She was last seen wearing a black Puma zip up top, purple trainers and blue jeans.

Missing Persons Coordinator Kirsty Gittings said: “If you know where Amber is or have any information please call us on 101, quoting incident 56 of 31st May.

“Amber, if you are reading this appeal please get in touch with us or your parents. They are very worried about you.”
