Hunt for men who robbed Co-op shop

Police are looking for two men believed to have robbed a grocery store in Langley Mill on Wednesday.

Staff at the Co-op on Station Road were threatened with a knife before the men took money from the till at around 9.30pm.

One male was described as wearing a white hooded top with blue sleeves and black tracksuit bottoms and had a black scarf covering the lower part of his face.

He was of large build and white, witnesses said, and looked to be in his late teens.

The second man, brandishing the knife, was wearing all black and could have been mixed race.

Witnesses said he could have been in his late 20s or early 30s. If you have any information, call police on 101.
