On January 27 at around 6.10pm. A 16-year-old girl was walking along Cavendish Road, Ilkeston, when a man walked past her and pinched her bottom.

He than ran off toward Nottingham Road. The victim has now been able to work with police to create this image of the suspect. He is white, in his late 20s or early 30s and around 5ft 8ins tall.

He had dark stubble and wore black jogging bottoms with three stripes down each leg and a hooded top with the hood up.

The top had red on the hood, shoulders and front but was dark everywhere else.

Officers have linked the incident to a similar crime which happened on January 20 at around 9.20pm when a man followed a 27-year-old woman onto Cavendish Road and put his arm around her waist. She screamed and he ran off.

In another incident on December 16 at 1.40am a 44-year-old woman was walking along Catherine Avenue when a man approached her from behind and sexually assaulted her. She punched him and he ran off. Anyone with information should phone Ilkeston CID on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
