Awards presented at Kimberley Primary

Children at Kimberley Primary School were presented with special certificates for their personal achievements at an awards ceremony last Friday.

Borough councillor Richard Robinson visited the school after the afternoon assembly to hand out the Special Writing of the week award, the Kimberley Superstars awards, Healthy Eating awards, merit certificates for good work, attendance certificates and good book awards.

Cllr Robinson also told the children about the duties of a councillor and what role they play in the community.
