Bowls drive for memory folk

Nuthall Parish Council chairman Brian Watson organised a bowls drive to support people who suffer memory problems.

The event took place on the Basil Russell Playing Field and brought together 30 bowls club and memory group members.

£45 was raised from a rafle which will be used to buy musical instruments for the group, who suffer Dementia and Alzheimers.

Nuthall Memory Group meet at the Temple Centre alternative Wednesdays between 10.30am and 12.30pm. Call 0115 927 8326.
