Cash boost for café

Rumbletums

RUMBLETUMS Café in Kimberley has been presented with a cheque for £2,000 from Eon.

The cafe, set up to offer training and employment to people with learning disabilities, was given the money from the company’s employee community fund.

Mike Gardiner from Eon organised the funding after volunteering at Rumbletums with his daughter.

“The project makes such a difference for the young people involved and I’m proud that Eon helped me support a community group so close to my family’s heart. The work they do is invaluable.”

Rumbletums is now a registered charity.
