Exercise class for lung support group

A group in Eastwood that helps support people with lung conditions has launched a new exercise class.

The Breathe Easy group, that meets at the Victory Centre in Walker Street, has recently been awarded a grant from Broxtowe Borough Council and used the money to launch the new class and produce an information pack for people with COPD. The class takes place at Plumptre Hall every Tuesday at 11am.
