Kids dress up for Comic Relief

Waiting for Video...

Kids raised money for Comic Relief last Friday coming to school in fancy dress.

Children across Eastwood and Kimberley all helped raise money for the charity, making donations to come in non-uniform and selling cakes and biscuits.

At Lynncroft Primary School pupils tied Comic Relief in with World Book Day, coming to school either dressed in red, or as their favourite book character, or both.

At Sainsburys in Kimberley, staff had their heads shaved and managers were gunged, all in the name of charity.

Schools raised around £250 each and nationally, Comic Relief made £75,000,000.
