Landlords advice session

Landlords across Broxtowe are being invited to receive free help and advice on a host of issues affecting their properties and tenants at a free Landlords’ Forum hosted by Broxtowe Borough Council in Beeston next month.

The event, which will offer free advice to private sector landlords will take place at the Town Hall, on Foster Avenue, Beeston, between 6.30pm and 9pm on Thursday 11 October.

Advice will include proposed changes to council tax exemptions, changes to the benefits system, recent developments in the private rental sector and information on electrical safety.

The event is free to attend with light refreshments and a buffet provided on the evening.

Advanced booking is required. Car parking is available to the rear of the Town Hall, which is accessible via Devonshire Avenue.
