After weeks of voting the winners of this year’s Child of the Year competition have finally been announced.

Loads of cute kids posed for the pictures, taken in Morrisons, Eastwood, earlier this year and hundreds of votes were counted up after photos of readers’ babies and todlers appeared in the Advertiser back in July.

Imogen Hanson took top spot in the 0-12 months category, the winner of the 13-24 months prize was Joseph Tatler, and Imogen-Nicole Neal was voted top toddler in the 2-3 years category.

The winners will all be given a copy of the photo printed on canvas to proudly display.

Advertiser editor Peter Hemmett said: “Well done to all three of our well-deserving winners. The standard was once again very high so thank you to all who took part.”
