School reunion for 50s students

A school reunion is being held for people who went to Kimberley County Secondary Modern School between 1952 and 1956.

The reunion is being held at the Royal Oak pub in Watnall on October 17 from 7pm onwards.

Organiser Alan Booth has already hosted two reunions and hopes this year it will be just as much of a success.

“I am hoping we will get even more fresh faces this year,” he said.

Mr Booth has put notices up in Kimberley Post Office and newsagents.
