Spate of burglaries in Nuthall

There have been ten more burglaries in the Nuthall area.

Affected areas include Arnos Grove, Hammersmith Close, Hillingdon Avenue, Kenton Avenue, Horsendale Avenue, Nottingham Road, Holden Crescent, Kimberley Road and Maple Drive.

Last Wednesday between 8am and 6.30pm intruders forced a back kitchen window in Kenton Avenue. They started to climb in, but when the alarm activated they ran off.

On the same day, also between 8am and 6.30pm a house in Hillingdon Avenue was targeted. Again, they tried to get through a back kitchen window but escaped when the alarm went off.

Sometime between 10.30am and 6.30pm offenders got into a house in Holden Crescent. They forced open the rear kitchen window, and got away with a vehicle on the driveway.

On November 4 at 7.30pm burglars climbed through an unlocked back window Min Nottingham Road and escaped with electrical items. Two offenders were disturbed and they ran off. One arrest has been made.
