Summer activity challenge for kids

Kids in Broxtowe are being urged to beat boredom during the summer holidays and be in with the chance of winning top prizes.

Broxtowe Borough Council has launched its Challenge 5 programme and is encouraging children of all ages to complete five out of a possible 22 activities to win free activity sessions and prizes.

Sessions across the Borough range from cheerleading, attending play days, badminton and Punch & Judy as well as snorkelling and scuba diving.

Each child that collects five stamps will receive two free sessions at the Vitality Vibe Youth Gym at Kimberley Leisure Centre, a free swimming session and entry into a prize draw.
