Town’s bus service changes

A bus service from Eastwood to the Queen’s Medical Centre is to be re-routed through Newthorpe Common.

Service 229 which links Eastwood to the QMC via Kimberley and Phoenix Park will continue to run hourly throughout the daytime on Monday to Saturday and will be renumbered Y29.

Services 101 and 102 which serve Eastwood, Newthorpe, Moorgreen and New Eastwood will run to a revised timetable. Both services will be operated by brand new low-floor buses.
