This is a picture of a tram in Eastwood town centre on Nottingham Road.

The Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Tramways Company was formed in 1903 but it was not until 1913, escatly 100 years ago, that it opened from Ripley to Nottingham, by way of Eastwood.
