Festive tree festival

A Christmas tree festival is being held at Holy Trinity Church in Kimberley this weekend.

The festive weekend begins Friday night when the church opens up for the public to see an array of Christmas trees, brought in by several local community groups.

There is a tea light parade that evening at 6.15pm from the church into Kimberley town centre ready for the Christmas lights switch on event.

Santa will be at the church for the kids on Saturday morning, when there will also be special Christmas crafts, and the church will re-open Sunday between 11.30am and 4pm with Advent Carol singing, mulled wine and mince pies.
