A Nuthall couple celebrating their golden wedding anniversary arrived at a party in a vintage Rolls-Royce.
Tom and Sheila Bailey, who met at Foremans Printers in the 1950s, were greeted by family and friends on their arrival at Eastwood Hall.
Donations were made towards the Alzheimers Society in lieu of presents, and the party raised £600.
Tom, who worked as a compositor, is well known for helping establish Nuthall Youth Club, where he was group leader for 12 years and Sheila worked as a secretary.
The couple, who live in Cedarland Crescent, have two sons and four grandchildren.
They got married at Mansfield Road Baptist Church in 1961.
