Good feedback from hospital patients

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust has been praised for its patient experience in a study by the National Patient Safety Agency, published this week.

Privacy and dignity, food and the environment were all rated as ‘good’ at the City Hospital with the Queen’s Medical Centre receiving a rating of ‘good’ in two of the three areas assessed.

David Preece, Hotel Services Manager, said: “We are very pleased with the results. It’s encouraging to see we are making a positive difference.”
