A rescue centre in Brinsley will be hosting its annual open day on August 11.
Brinsley Animal Rescue will open its doors to the public between 11am and 4pm to help raise money for the centre running costs.
There will be crafts stalls, games, food and drinks, Cats Protection, Animal Accident Rescue Unit and the Brinsley Headstocks group.
A licensed bar will be selling Blind Boris, brewed by local Marpool brewery and named after the centre’s famous blind bull.
Entry is only £1.00 and all the money we raise goes directly towards helping us rescue animals.
The centre is located in Hobsic close.
