Pupils at Kimberley Primary School hosted a European breakfast event, inviting children from schools across the area.

A team of year nine pupils hosted the event to encourage interest in foreign languages, culture and cuisine.

Excited guests bought a wide range of breakfast foods on offer, ordering in a different language and paying in foreign currency.

Kimberley’s language teacher Louise Moss said: “It is important for the children to be given every opportunity to learn about different cultures, to speak different languages, to eat worldly foods and to meet people of all nationalities.”
