Eastwood MP Gloria De Piero has once again launched her annual Christmas card competition and is inviting every primary school in her constituency to pick up their pens.
Once again Gloria wants local school children to design her personal Christmas card, which she will send out to residents, organisations and businesses across Eastwood, Ashfield and Westminster in December.
One lucky child will then see their very own design professionally printed after the winner is chosen by a panel of judges.
The competition is open to all pupils regardless of their age and for those schools with a nursery, younger children have also been invited to take part. All designs should be submitted on white A4 paper with the name of the child and the school recorded on the back and returned to the constituency office no later than Friday November 22.
Gloria said: “There is less than 100 days left until Christmas and I want to give the kids and their teachers as much time as possible to think about and complete their designs.
“Last year the bar was raised even higher than ever before and I know the judges are really looking forward to seeing more amazing cards this year.”
