A former chapel in Kimberley sold for £152,000 at auction last week.

The Chapel Bar and Grill on Main Street has retained many of its original features and layout was advertised as an excellent commercial venture.

The restaurant, formerly Churchill’s, ceased trading at the end of June this year and has stood empty since.

The property sold at the Graham Penny auction at Nottingham Racecourse on September 4.

Their next auction will take place on Friday October 17. To submit a property to be sold at the auction visit www.grahampenny.com or call 0115 958 8702 for a free property appraisal.
