A Kimberley man has been slapped with 100 hours of unpaid community work and disqualified from driving after he was caught driving while high on drugs.
Matt Evans, 23, of Eastwood Road was caught by police driving a Vauxhall Corsa through Giltbrook while unfit to drive due to drugs on October 20.
A quantity of cannabis was also seized from Evans and he was charged with possession of drugs.
Evans pleaded guilty to both offences at Nottingham Magistrates Court on January 2.
He has been disqualified from driving for two years and must complete 100 hours of unpaid work this year.
