The DH Lawrence Heritage Centre has welcomed in the new year in with an exhibition showcasing the very best amateur photography in the area.
Around 150 photographs from the North and East Midlands Photographic Federation will be displayed over a four-week period from January 11.
Over 40 clubs enter each year into categories including colour, monochrome and nature.
The exhibition will mark the 59th in the history of the federation and will be opened by its president, before a special awards ceremony at Eastwood Comprehensive School.
