Hats off as youngsters enjoy pre-Easter fun

In a bid to attract new members, Nuthall Art Group has staged an exhibition at Nuthall Methodist Church showcasing the varying talents of enthusiastic local artists.

Newcomers, regardless of ability are invited to join Nuthall Art Group which meets at the Church in Nottingham Road, on Thursdays between 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

Group Secretary Carol Jenkins said “ We are a small friendly group whose flair for art encompasses all genres including pencil drawing, pastel, oil, watercolour and acrylic workings.

“ On occasions award winning artist Brian Rushton ,whose works are known across the world attends our sessions as a tutor.”
