Media students make film about school life years ago

MEDIA students in Kimberley are making a film about life at their school years ago.

The teenagers at Kimberley Comprehensive School are appealing to past pupils to get in touch and form part of the five minute footage.

The film will show interviews from pupils past and present and will also feature photos and archived footage of the school years ago.

The media students will edit the film and the school band will perform the soundtrack.

The project is being run by Andrew Dennis, who is currently studying to be a teacher and completed his work placement at the school.

Mr Dennis is hoping to organise a premier night at the Broadway cinema in Nottingham where the pupils can take family to see their work.

The students involved are Max Daws, Melissa Robertson, Lottie Sawford, Devon Taylor, Ben Dixon, Joe Zalewski and Callum Weston.

If anybody went to the Kimberley School and can help they should call the school on 0115 9387000.
