A woman who wrote a book about Romany gypsies who lived in Eastwood back in the 1700s has sold more than 150 copies.
Eve Wharmby, who lives in the town, is thrilled with the success of her first novel, Gilded Wagons.
The author sold 74 copies in the first week of launching it.
Lloyds TSB in Eastwood is also helping to promote the novel.
Copies can be bought either from Amazon or from several shops in Kimberley.
