Police appeal after man tries to get 17-year-old girl in his vehicle in Langley Mill

Police are appealing for witnesses after a man tried to get a 17-year-old girl into his vehicle in Langley Mill.

The incident happened at around 11.45am yesterday (Sunday), when the 17-year-old was walking along Station Road. She was stopped by a man in a small black vehicle, who then got out of the vehicle and started talking to her before touching her arm and asking her to get in.

He is described as tall and in his twenties.
