A charity campaign to get people to raise money over a cuppa was launched this week.
Marie Curie Cancer Care in Main Street, Kimberley, launched its Blooming Great Tea Party at the Madhatters tea shop in the town’s Main Street.
Staff at the charity are encouraging people to organise coffee mornings and host afternoon tea parties to help towards the cause.
The charity raises money to pay for nurses to look after terminally-ill people in their own homes.
The Blooming Great Tea Party is one of a handful of big national campaigns that raises thousands for the charity each year.
