More than 100 people turned out to a huge charity Zumbathon class, which raised money for the Ryan Lee Trust Fund.
About 500 people were expected at the event last Friday, but just over 100 turned up because of torrential rain.
“It chucked it down all day, so we had a brilliant turnout considering,” said Deb Lee, who launched the charity.
Broxtowe Mayor Cllr Margaret Handley joined people from all over the county from friends to fitness fanatics and there was a stilt walker, a raffle, a singer and a burlesque show.
The event at Giltbrook Retail Park raised £500.
The charity was set up in memory of Ryan Lee, who died of cancer aged just 15.
