Kimberley Miners Welfare have announced that manager Paul Rawden has stepped aside from his role.

Rawden, who will remain with the Miners in a different capacity, has been replaced by former Wycombe Wanderers and Carlisle United midfielder Tony Hemmings.

The news was announced shortly before Welfare’s surprise 4-1 defeat at home to bottom-of-the-table Greenwood Meadows on Saturday, of which Hemmings took charge.

The result leaves Kimberley 14th in the East Midlands Counties League after seven games.
