Treat is in store for supporters

Langley Mill’s supporters are in for a treat on Saturday when Pilsley visit Station Road for a Division 3 game.

Pilsley, whose side includes the league leading run scorer Saeed Bin Nasir, are riding high in third spot in the league.

The Millers need to regain their winning ways to keep alive hopes of promotion andwill be looking to stall the Pilsley run machine. This should be a cracker.

The seconds travel to Staveley Welfare and will be expected to maintain their top of the table position against a side slipping into the lower half of the table.

With second placed Sandiacre Town playing twice this weekend, only a win is likely to keep the Millers riding high at the top.

On Sunday, Langley Mill welcome Calow to Station Road. The opposition sit next to bottom in the league with one win from six games and the Millers should be able to keep up the pressure on leaders Anston with a victory against the strugglers.

Saturday’s games start at 1:30 pm and Sunday’s game at 2:00 pm.
