Eastwood Town returned to the top of the Abacus Central Midlands League South Division with a 4-0 win over Keyworth United.
A combination of waterlogged pitches and County Cup ties meant there were just two games in the division.
And Eastwood took full advantage as two goals from James Hallam and further strikes from Tim Adcock and Karl Munton moved them two points clear of Belper, who have played three games less.
In the division’s other game Blidworth couldn’t follow up their midweek heroics in the Vase, going down 4-3 at home to Pinxton.
The visitors edged home with goals from Chris Gilson, Luke Walker, Jimmy Adcock and Jake Vernon.
Blidworth replied through Max Curzon, Keenan Leeds and Jordan Harris.
