Jacksdale racer Kyle Ryde has continued his preparations for the new season with his first test sessions on the CF Motorsport Pacedayz 600.
Motorcyclist Ryde has recently joined up with Derbyshire-based CF Motorsport and will compete in the National Superstock 600 Championship in 2014.
The PaceDayz team have been out in Spain for several tests ahead of the first races of the season at Brands Hatch over the Easter weekend
Ryde said: “I found the bike fast compared to the Moto3 I rode last year and nice to ride when it slides around.
“The 600 moves around a lot on corner entry and exit which is totally the opposite to what the Moto3 did so this is what I will be concentrating on to familiarise myself with in time.
“I’ve got loads more to learn about riding a 600 but I’m really chuffed with how it went.
“The team is really good and Craig is a great mentor which has helped me a lot to get down to some decent lap times with a good bike setup that suits my style.
“I’ll be off to Jerez next week for my second test and hopefully I can learn more about the bike, set up and tyre degradation.”
