Taekwondo students earn black belts

Several members of Eastwood TaekwonDo Academy have been successful in their recent black belt grading held at Plumptre Hall in Eastwood.

Among those tasting promotions were:

Kevan Robinson, 3rd degree black belt.

Mary Hill, 1st degree black belt.

Jessica Bradley, 1st degree black belt.

Adam Hill, 1st degree black belt.

Jordan Wood, 1st degree black belt.

The students have all trained with the academy’s instructor Master Michael Wood 7th Degree for many years to achieve their coveted goal, and the grading lasted three hours under the watchful eye of Mr Wood and his assistants Andrew Leivers 6th degree and Kerry Wilson 5th degree.

Mr Wood said: “I’d like to thank everyone in volved on the day and wish the newly-promoted students all the best for the future.”
