Arts centre Quad in Derby will be holding its annual Charity Golf Day later this month.
This year’s event will be a Pro/Am tournament with a PGA professional on each team; the day includes breakfast on arrival and a high tea and presentation to conclude. Building on the success of two previous Charity Golf Day tournaments, this year it will be hosted at Morley Hayes Golf Club on Tuesday, July 15, from 9.30am.
The emphasis will be fun and relaxation as well as a chance to network with team and individual prizes being awarded for: Best Four Teams, Longest Drives, Nearest to the Pin, Yellow Ball Team Competition, Hole in one and Four Special Mystery Prizes.
Quad’s annual charity golf event aims to raise funds towards Quad work within the community. Quad is a registered charity whose main aim is to transform lives through participating in all aspects of art and film. Money from annual charity events support community and participatory projects.
The cost for the golf day is £325.00 + VAT for a team of three, and a PGA professional will also be assigned to each team. The price includes breakfast, coffee, golf and a sit-down tea.
