Bands flocking to Indietracks event

There’s an international feel to the list of acts that have now been confirmed to appear at this year’s Indietracks Festival.

The 2014 event will be held at the Midland Railway, based at Butterley near Ripley, from July 25-27.

Gruff Rhys, Allo Darlin’, Dean Wareham, Rocketship and Withered Hand are among the artists and they will will be joined on the bill by

the latest batch of additions, namely Spearmint, The Popguns, Sweet Baboo, The Spook School, Thee AHs (Canada), Franny and Zooey (Dominican Republic), Lost Tapes (Spain), The Wellgreen, Let’s Wrestle, Night Flowers, ONSIND, The Very Most (US), The Blue Minkies and The Yawns.

This will be Allo Darlin’s only festival appearance in 2014 and they’ll headline the Friday night at the event.

Tickets are now available at an early bird discount price until Sunday, May 11.

Adult weekend tickets are £7 cheaper if you pick them up before this date.

Adult early bird tickets are £65 (weekend) and £35 (day).

After May 11, prices will be £72 (weekend) and £38 (day). Weekend tickets for children aged 5-15 are £10, or £6 for a day ticket. Children under five get in free.
