Chart favourites Boyzone have announced that they are to perform at the Capital FM Arena in Nottingham as part of their anniversary tour.

Join Ronan, Keith, Shane and Mikey as they celebrate BZ20 – The Anniversary Tour at the venue on Tuesday, December 10.

In November 1993, a bunch of young lads from the North side of Dublin would infamously appear on Ireland’s biggest TV show The Late Late Show and the rest, as they say, is history.

Twenty-one singles, seven albums, 25 million record sales, hundreds of gigs, millions of memories and 20 years later, Boyzone are still going strong.

Join the boys as they take to the road once more and thank their fans for the incredible support and dedication they have shown over the past twenty years.

Tickets are priced at £35.50 (plus booking fee).

Book tickets online at www.capitalfmarena.com, via the ticket hotline on 0843 373 3000 or in person at Ticketing & Customer Services, Bolero Square, The Lace Market, Nottingham, NG1 1LA.

Meanwhile, the city centre venue will also be welcoming the stars of the music-based reality TV hit show The Big Reunion for an appearance there on May 9.

Due to the fan response to ITV2’s hit show The Big Reunion and tickets for the hotly anticipated Hammersmith Apollo show selling out almost immediately, all six acts from the show will be hitting the road this May.

The show has seen six chart-topping groups - 5ive, Atomic Kitten, B*Witched, Liberty X, 911 and Honeyz reunited a decade after they ruled pop, in an unmissable TV event.

The Big Reunion followed their every step, as their worlds are turned upside down after years away from the spotlight.

During the series, viewers saw the groups reunited for the first time since they split. For some, it has been the chance to relive their dream, for others there was the possibility that is may reopen old wounds as they prepared to face demons they thought they had buried forever.

Each band had two weeks of intense rehearsals before they stepped back onto the stage to perform once again in front of thousands of fans at London’s Hammersmith Apollo, tickets for which sold out almost as soon as they went on sale.

The six acts’ line ups are as follows: 5IVE (Ritchie Neville, Scott Robinson, Abz Love, Sean Conlon); Atomic Kitten (Natasha Hamilton, Liz McClarnon, Kerry Katona); B*Witched (Edele Lynch, Keavy Lynch, Sinead O’ Carroll, Lindsay Armaou); Liberty X (Jessica Taylor, Michelle Heaton, Kevin Simm, Kelli Young, Tony Lundon); 911 (Lee Brennan, Simon ‘Spike’ Dawbarn, Jimmy Constable); Honeyz (Celena Cherry, Mariama Goodman, Heavenli Roberts).

Tickets for the Nottingham gig are priced at £30 and £40 (plus booking fee).

Book tickets online at www.capitalfmarena.com, via the ticket hotline on 0843 373 3000 or in person.

Finally, following the runaway success of his UK tour in December 2012, violin master Andre Rieu is returning to the UK and Ireland with a brand new show. Rieu will visit Capital FM Arena Nottingham on Friday, December 20.

The upcoming dates will be part of Rieu’s international And The Waltz Goes On Tour, named after his successful album, for which he collaborated with Sir Anthony Hopkins.

André Rieu earned the No. 1 ranking in Billboard magazine’s Top Tours Chart after his UK tour last year, at the expense of runner-up Justin Bieber. Of his 2012 tour he tweeted: “I absolutely loved the UK tour. Thank you to all audiences for giving us such great concerts!”

The maestro praised the British audience for their enthusiasm: “My orchestra and I had a great time in December, we absolutely loved the UK tour. The British audience gave us such a warm welcome... we are all really looking forward to coming back!”

From famous Viennese operettas to film scores, spirituals to musicals, and from folk songs to marches; Rieu’s concerts are a perfect mix of thrilling, romantic, festive and emotional melodies combined with surprises, balloons, beautiful soloists and of course Rieu’s great sense of humour.

Tickets are £40, £65, £80 and £90 (plus booking fee).
