Busy time for Rebel Territory

RISING Belper band Rebel Territory will be performing gigs in London and Birmingham over the next few weeks.

Firstly, they will be playing at a Bush Hall Charity Gig, on Friday, November 25.

A packed bill will include the likes of Paul Weller’s new protégées Marner Brown and Steve Lamacq discoveries Kid Champion.

The chosen charity is Operation Wellfound, fighting against the statistic that 4,000 people every day around the world die from a lack of clean water and sanitation.

The gig is looking to raise £4,000 which will go straight towards building a well and latrines for a community and the school it serves in Guinea-Bissau. Doors open at 7.30pm.

Secondly, the band will play at Aston University, Birmingham, on December 8. Doors open at 7pm and the lads will be onstage from around 8.30pm. It is for over 18s and non students are also welcome.
