VIN GARBUTT is a legend of English folk music and you can seem performing once again in the area when he appears at Derby’s Assembly Rooms on Saturday, November 19, at 7.30pm.
His trademark blend of traditional reels, passionate protest songs and zany patter has won him legions of fans across the world.
This unique concert will have Vin appearing twice in his own one-man show, first on film in Vin Garbutt – The Teesside Troubadour – a definitive documentary filmed in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Europe and in his native North East. This will be followed by the man himself in concert, in what promises to be a powerful, hugely moving, and funny evening.
Tickets are £16 (£15 concessions, under 16s £8) available from the Assembly Rooms box office on 01332 255800, or the PR Ticket Hotline 01773 853428.
