Magical movie music with CBSO

THE City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra will be onstage at Nottingham’s Royal Concert Hall on Saturday, May 12, for a John Williams Blockbuster Concert.

Starting at 7.30pm and presented by Tommy Pearson, the concert, conducted by Michael Seal, will feature some of the biggest hits of John Williams’s illustrious as the composer of the scores for some of the most memorable movies of the last 40 years.

This will include the music from Star Wars, Raiders Of The Lost Ark, Close Encounters Of The Third Kind, Harry Potter And The Prisoner Of Azkaban, Schindler’s List, Jaws, Saving Private Ryan, ET, Jurassic Park and more.
