On track for a top weekend

Off The Tracks Spring Festival is taking place this weekend (May 23-25).

Based again at the Donington Park Farmhouse, Isley Walton, near Castle Donington, there is a huge array of acts lined up to entertain crowds at the popular festival.

Among the many musical treats that have been lined up are Big Country, Jesus Jones, Neville Staple , Moulettes, Eatstatic , Hypnocoustics, Lisa Knapp , and Galloway Culbert and Doyle.

In addition, there’s Plantec

Charlie and the band of demons, Fragile Souls, Seas of Mirth, Hunter and the Bear,

Hallouminati , Hot Feet, Glow People, Linos Wengara Magaya andThe Po Boys.

There will also be appearances by Russ Poole,

Something Nasty In The Woodshed , The Social Ignition, The Cramatics , 52 Commercial Rd, Damn Vandals, Gilded Thieves, King Capisce , Woolly Mammoth and Little Show.

A spokesman for the event said: “OTT has that most precious of commodities in abundance; it has THE VIBE. All festivals claim it – few ever achieve it. Even less manage the trick of consistently delivering this most holy grail of festival atmospheres. OTT pull the rabbit from the hat year, after year, after year. Twenty Five to be precise.”
